How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Nicehotel Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Nicehotel Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Nicehotel Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide things on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@nicehotel.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We reply by email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
